At Mile High Liquidation, we strive to provide quality items at discounted prices. Due to the nature of liquidation sales, all sales are generally final. However, we value our customers and will address issues on a case-by-case basis. Please review our policy below:
General Policy
All Sales Are Final: Most items are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage customers to inspect items carefully before purchase.
Exceptions: Returns or refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Items are significantly misrepresented (e.g., incorrect description or major undisclosed defects).
- Items are defective in a way that prevents their intended use, and this was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
Eligibility:
- The item must be in the same condition as sold.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns or refund requests.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked "as-is" or "final sale."
- Opened or used items (unless defective).
- Perishable goods or items that are time-sensitive (e.g., food or seasonal items).
Refund Process
Approval: If a return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.
- Processing times may take 3 days after the return is approved.
Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition different from when sold, only a partial refund or store credit may be offered.
