Special Items: Large, heavy, or specialty items may require additional handling time. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

 

Shipping Options

Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers such as e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. to deliver your orders.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.  Customers will see the shipping fee during checkout before completing their purchase.

 

Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Typical delivery times range from 3-7 business days after the order is processed.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.  You can use this to monitor your package's status.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional fees may apply for shipments outside the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories unless specified otherwise.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

Large Items: Larger, heavier, or fragile items may require special handling or freight shipping. Additional fees or longer delivery times may apply. We will provide specific details during checkout or after the order is placed.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48-72 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label for prompt resolution.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution.

Delayed Shipments: Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or reaching out to us for assistance.
